Interview with Michelle Kelso
Learning from a OD Entrepreneur and Life Coach

Michelle Kelso’s LinkedIn profile tells us she served as Vice President and Training Manager of Training and Development for LaSalle Bank Corporation from 2006-2008. Prior to that she held the positions Assistant Vice President, Senior Training Consultant and Training Consultant for the bank. At LaSalle she led teams of learning professionals, consulted with senior leaders during periods of transition, led projects, managed consultant relationships, developed management training and facilitated many classes.
But it is in her current role as the owner of her business that Kelso’s organizational development expertise promises to express its full potential. Enjoy the Journey Coaching is a new business, in startup mode since June 2008 and now up and running. Kelso’s plan takes the experiences of her past corporate training and parlays it into a successful life and executive coaching business targeted to empowered women who meaningfully integrate the opportunities of career, family and self-actualization, with her help of course.
